1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HireMe.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

HireMe.ai is operated by HireMe.ai, Bhakkar, Punjab, Pakistan. By using our Service, you confirm you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

HireMe.ai provides an AI-powered autonomous job application platform that includes:

• Automated job discovery across multiple job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.pk, and others)
• AI-generated personalized cover letters and application materials
• Resume analysis and optimization recommendations
• Real-time application status tracking
• Interview scheduling assistance and WhatsApp notifications
• Career analytics and market insights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts and Obligations

3.1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or applications
• Use the Service to apply for jobs you are not genuinely interested in or qualified for
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

3.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information in your CV, profile, and any applications submitted through our platform. HireMe.ai is not liable for inaccuracies in user-submitted content.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

HireMe.ai offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All prices are displayed in USD or PKR as applicable.

4.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@hireme.ai.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, AI models, content, and design elements, is owned by HireMe.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal job-seeking purposes only.

Content you submit (CV, cover letters) remains your property. You grant HireMe.ai a limited license to use this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. HireMe.ai does not guarantee:

• That you will receive job interviews, offers, or employment as a result of using the Service
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• The accuracy or completeness of job listings sourced from third-party platforms
• That AI-generated content will be accepted by all employers or platforms

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireMe.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from job applications submitted on your behalf
• Actions taken by employers based on AI-generated application materials

Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Punjab, Pakistan. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or platform notification before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
